My favorite character!

Dragon Ball is not only my favorite media ever, it also has my favorite chracter of any media, Goku.

I grew up with Dragon Ball and I was wayyyy to into it as a kid and Goku was always my favorite character and even a kind of role model for me.

You might think Goku is a shallow character or a cliche at this point, the strong mc that likes to fight and eat, but is an idiot, but I think that is a flanderization of his character (although, I think it kind of applied to the dbs version.)

Goku throughout his journey goes through a slow, but noticeable character arc and everyone who thinks otherwise should go and watch episode 1 of og Dragon Ball and then the final episode of Z, they are completely different characters at that point. I know that, that comparison is kind of cheap since he's a kid in og, but you get my point, you could do the same with the beginning and end of z, just because a character is simple or a story is simple doesn't make it bad.
