Yeah, you've read that right, this is not just my favorite Anime or Manga, no my favorite media of all time!
It's kind of unfair, I grew up with Dragon Ball and lowkey treated it like a religion as a kid, I rewatched the entire series from og to gt religiously, played the games to death and back (Budokai Tenkaichi 3 is goated)
I still keep up with the franchise even now and even though I am not the biggest fan of DBS, I think there's still some cool thinks that come out of it.
P.S. GT will always stay the rightful sequel to Z in my heart, because no matter how bad you think the show is, it has not assasinated the characters to the degree that Super has done and I even think that in GT the characters are a natural progression from the end of Z, but that's for another time.
Now I chose the Kai background for a particular reason, to talk about a little fun fact.
If you're a Dragon Ball fan, you're probably familiar with AF and if not, all you need to know is that it's a popular fan sequel to GT.
I need you to look at the Kai logo for a bit while I am explaining, I never saw the first letter in the logo and I thought that the orange kanji was hiding the lower line of the F, so to me it looked like Dragon Ball AF, making me believe that they finally animated it as a kid.
I remember being confused as to why they started from the beginning of Z again, I was getting more and more hyped the closer we got to the end of Z hoping to finally see SSJ5 animated on the screen.
